Montreal Alouettes quarterback Davis Alexander has established a new CFL record for consecutive pass attempts without an interception. This achievement occurred during the team’s Week 7 victory against the Calgary Stampeders. Alexander surpassed the previous record of 323 consecutive interception-free pass attempts, which was held by Darian Durant since the 2016 season.

The record-breaking throw, Alexander’s 324th consecutive interception-free pass, was a completion to Cole Spieker in the third quarter. This drive concluded with a one-yard rushing touchdown by Dustin Crum. Alexander extended his streak to 336 consecutive pass attempts without an interception by the end of the game.

Alexander’s performance in Week 7 included completing 25 of 32 passes for 402 yards and throwing three touchdowns. He currently leads the league with 2,181 passing yards and remains one of only two quarterbacks, alongside Calgary’s Vernon Adams Jr., to have not thrown an interception through seven weeks of the 2026 season.
